5.1. Order data, payment records and fiscal receipts, including the buyer's name and email address, are kept for the period set by tax and accounting law for primary documents, and in any case no less than three years from the date of the transaction. This is a legal obligation, and we cannot waive it on request. Records of purchases made in the mobile app through the App Store — the transaction record signed by Apple, including its identifier, the item, the date, the App Store storefront country, the currency and the amount of the purchase (the full list is in clause 2.5 of the Privacy Policy) — are kept together with order data for the same period: by law and to process refunds issued by Apple. These records remain linked to the order data, including the buyer's email address. When your data is deleted, the direct link to your account is removed from them, and the purchase token through which App Store purchases were linked to your account is erased from the account; the record signed by Apple is kept unchanged, including that token.
5.2. The email address stays on the mailing opt-out list — solely so that no further emails are sent to it.
5.3. Information needed to defend legal claims may be retained until the limitation period expires.
5.4. The log of sent emails: when your data is deleted, the recipient address in the log is replaced with a service address and the text of the emails is removed; the subject and sending date are kept for no longer than one year and are then deleted automatically. In any case, the text of any email in the log — including our internal notifications that mention you — is kept for no longer than 90 days from the date it was sent.
5.5. Once these periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymised.
