The most precious aspect of mentorship is that the master leads and orients you. When you are inside an active field — managing assets, building a business, moving toward scale or toward an inflection in your standing — it is difficult to remain continuously in a state of resource.
Part of that work the master assumes. The decisions, of course, remain yours. The ethic of our work is to give you the most precise possible picture of reality, so that the decision you take is genuinely your own — and lucid.
And eventually — that you have learned to think more broadly, to look at situations strategically, dissolving the situational, emotional reaction to them.
